Instructions to contributorsPresentations at ISAA 2010 will be by platform presentation or as posters. The selection of platform presentations will be made by the ISAA 2010 committee based on preliminary abstracts received. All persons giving platform presentations must submit a paper for publication in the Proceedings. All papers will be refereed, and included in the published Proceedings on CD, as also will poster abstracts and prepared posters (as pdfs). A copy of the Proceedings CD is included in the cost of attending ISAA 2010, and will be distributed to delegates at the Symposium. Additional copies will be available for sale via the ISAA Society Office. A Book of Abstracts (to include both papers and posters) will be provided to all delegates at the Symposium
TopicsPresentations at ISAA 2010 are restricted to topics as listed on the ISAA 2010 website.
Exchange of information and ideasAll papers will be reviewed by an international panel of experienced referees. Papers are expected to conform to the ISAA Society’s objective of providing a non-commercial, scientific platform for the exchange of information and ideas regarding the development, testing and application of adjuvants for agrochemicals and related topics.
TimetableTo accommodate consideration of contributions, refereeing of the papers, and compiling the Proceedings for distribution at the Symposium, the following timetable must be adhered to:

Submission of papersby 1 March 2010An electronic version of the paper and accompanying abstract (Microsoft Office Word version) must be emailed to the Proceedings Editor, with reference to the abstract number, which will be advised in the letter of acceptance. Note that the total size of all files attached to a single email must not exceed 5 MB, or it will not be delivered.
Submission of postersby 1 June 2010An electronic version of the prepared poster (as a pdf file) and accompanying one page abstract (in Microsoft Office Word version) must be emailed to the Poster Editor, with reference to the abstract number, which will be advised in the letter of acceptance. Details for preparation of posters will be advised in the letter of acceptance and posted on the website. Note that the total size of all files attached to a single email must not exceed 5 MB, or it will not be delivered. |
